Our retail store in Surry Hills (Sydney) is equipped with all you require for an enjoyable shopping experience. The helpful staff who greet you each have years of experience in the Apple business. Their knowledge is second to none. Each staff member has been trained to the level of "Apple Product Professional", that is, they know everything there is to know about selling Apple's products. However, our focus is not just Apple products but the entire ecosystem that surrounds them. All our staff have training and real world experience of third party hardware and software such as Adobe, Microsoft, hard drives, Drobo Beyond RAID systems, iPhone accessories and all the other products that we sell in the store. Play on our demonstration computers
We carry demonstration models of all Apple's computers, iPods, iPhones and iPads in store so that you can try before you buy. All of Apple's software is also available for trial and the staff are happy to demonstrate the features to you. We also carry many demonstration products of popular products such as Bose speakers, Drobo, Samsung displays, and many headphones. All the popular models are carried in stock so you can walk out with a new piece of kit (or toy) and get stuck into it.
Computer Hire
We have a hire department that can you equip you with anything from a single laptop to finish that assignment, to a render farm of Mac Pros. We also hire out printers and wireless modems. Download our hire rates or contact our hire department for a quotation.
Finance
We offer Flexirent which has many features that go beyond the tax benefits. There is no deposit, and most people can get approved within 10 minutes over the phone to Flexirent.
Discounts
Yes, everyone likes discounts. If you are a full time student or staff member of a University or TAFE then you are eligible for an education discount. Speak to our sales team for more details.
We also accept your used computers (less than three years old) as trade-ins against a new computer, so if you need the extra financial push to purchase the computer you really need, we will give you a competitive price for your old computer.
Corporate and Government
Our corporate and Government team can tailor a system to your company's needs. If necessary we can visit your site and advise you of the best solution and package it together. If you are a government agency or a member of Apple's enterprise or pro video schemes we can also offer reduced pricing as part of Apple's pricing models. Our engineers can assist your IT team with the integration if required.
Gold Level Service Centre
Our Service Centre in Surry Hills is a Gold level Apple Authorised Service Provider so if you experience any issues with your Apple equipment we can diagnose and fix faster than any other service centre in Sydney. We will keep in touch with you at every stage of the process to ensure that you are comfortable with the status of your repair. If you are in Sydney and have Apple's onsite Applecare, just call Apple and request that Mac Centre in Surry Hills is assigned your repair. Training Centre
Mac Centre also houses a training facility within the shop so that you can receive one to one training on the topics that interest you, at the pace that suits you.
