With the pace of technology and the general reliability of Apple computers you might find that your old Mac works but is just a little slow, or doesn't support the latest operating system that does all the tricks you saw Steve Jobs perform online.

You could put the old computer on eBay, or you could let us assess the computer and offer you a trade-in price for it towards a new computer. This is the hassle free way of upgrading.

We can then help you migrate your information to the new computer to ensure that all the software is running smoothly.

So if you have a Mac that is less than 5 years old, use the "Contact Us" tab to send us the serial number, specs and condition, and we will give you an estimate of the trade-in price that we could offer. We will also need to know what computer you are interested in purchasing to provide you with a quotation. If you want to go ahead with the trade-in you will need to leave your computer with Mac Centre for 24 hours to allow for diagnostic tests and a general assessment. When the computer passes the medical we can proceed with the transaction. If there are undisclosed issues with the hardware we will offer you an adjusted price based on this information and you are under no obligation to continue with the trade-in.
