  Service & Support


IN-HOUSE SERVICE

We have a fully equipped service centre at our Surry Hills location, with technicians qualified as Apple certified desktop, laptop and system engineers that have been working with Apple computers for many years.

This enables us to diagnose computer issues whether they are hardware or software related. If a computer or device is out of warranty we will provide a quotation and perform the repair, installing whatever hardware is required. We now also repair LCDs, digitizers and screens for the iPhone 3G and iPhone 3GS.

Mac Centre is an Apple Authorised Gold Service Provider. If the computer fault is covered under warranty we will fix it in a timely manner and contact you when the computer is ready to pick up.

We strongly recommend customers regularly backup their data. If the data is not backed up and needs to be recovered or backed up, fees apply for this service.
