  Service & Support
IN-HOUSE SERVICE

We have a fully equipped service centre with technicians qualified as Apple certified desktop, laptop and system engineers that have been working with Apple computers for many years.

This enables us to diagnose computer issues whether they are hardware or software related. If a computer or device is out of warranty we perform the repair ourselves installing whatever hardware is required.

We are also partnered with Simms International Pty Ltd, Apple Australia's largest distributor. They are an Apple Authorised Gold Service Provider. So if the computer fault is covered under warranty we will diagnose the issue and deliver the computer to Simms who will order whatever parts are required and fit them under warranty. We will subsequently pick up the repaired computer so that the customer can either have it delivered ( shipping fee applies) or pick it up from our shop. There are no charges for the delivery/pickup of your computer.

We strongly recommend customers regularly backup their data. If the data is not backed up and needs to be recovered or backed up then fees apply for this service.
