Please Note: If shipment of goods is selected, our sales team will contact the credit card holder for ID/Credit Card confirmation via fax or email as a security measure. Please be aware that we may not be able to continue with the transaction if this information is not submitted.

Pricing:
To keep the process simple we charge flat shipping fees for delivering goods.
Within NSW: $15 inc GST
Vic, Qld, SA $20 inc GST
Tas, WA, NT: $25 inc GST

Very occasionally there are times when these charges create a cost too large for us to absorb so we confirm every order including shipping cost by telephone before the order is processed.

Overseas Orders:
We do not send goods to countries outside Australia so do not order if you do not have an Australian billing and delivery address.

Turnaround Times:
If the goods ordered are in stock they will be dispatched same or next day. Orders might get delayed if they are out of stock and unavailable at our suppliers. We will give an estimate of delivery day when we confirm the order. If you want to confirm this in advance of the order contact us before placing the order. Delivery should take 1 day from shipment to arrival within Sydney, 2 days to the capital cities or approximately 3 days to country areas.

Sometimes the order will be split if one or more of the items are unavailable while others are ready. We will advise you of this when we confirm the order. There will be no extra charge for this.

All shipments are sent with couriers or registered Australia Post and will require a signature of an adult upon delivery. The courier companies will not deliver to a PO Box or leave a package without a signature so you might want to give your work address or another that you know is occupied 9am -5 pm Monday to Friday as the delivery address. The courier companies and Australia Post will not deliver on Saturday or Sunday.

You can also pick up goods from Mac Centre, 87 Albion St Surry Hills NSW 2010 Sydney between Monday - Friday 9 am - 6.00 pm, Saturday 10 am -5 pm.

Returns:
The delivered goods are insured against loss in transit so that you can be secure in the knowledge that they will arrive. If the items appear to be damaged on arrival you have the right to refuse to sign for them. Mac Centre will not accept returns on damaged goods if they have been signed for as received.
If the item is faulty in operation we must be notified immediately on (02) 9388 0866 or email returns@maccentre.com.au and we will give a return authorisation (RA) number, The item should be returned to us with the RA number clearly marked on the packaging. If the product is found to be faulty after testing by Mac Centre we will repay the return shipping cost and ship a replacement item as soon as possible. If the product is found not to be faulty we will not charge for testing but the additional shipping cost must be paid before we return the item to the customer.

Non Faulty goods can only be returned at the absolute discretion of Mac Centre Pty Ltd. They must be unopened and undamaged and a 20% restocking fee will apply.
If we are unable to deliver your order to you within 14 days of receiving your payment, you may cancel the order and receive immediate refund or change the order to a more readily available item. This does not apply to “build to order items” where we cannot guarantee any delivery date, although, we will give an indication to the best of our knowledge when the order is confirmed.
