While we currently do not offer customised machines for online purchases, we can provide a manual quotation including any relevant discounts.

If you would like a quotation, please contact us with the specifications you require and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Delivery for all purchases made through this store is $9.90 inc GST to residential or commercial addresses. Unfortunately we are unable to ship to PO Boxes, or organise out-of-hours deliveries. If you are purchasing any standard configurations through our store or portals, stock is generally available and ready for shipping or pickup within 1 business day.

If you are looking to customise or upgrade the machine through any of our portals, please allow 10-15 business days for processing before delivery or in-store pickup of your order.

All third-party items are generally in stock, but we can not be held responsible for any supply issues that are outside of our control.

Mac Centre endeavours to give accurate estimated shipping times for all products but cannot be held responsible for the time taken for a product to arrive at your shipping address. If we find an item’s shipping time is likely to differ significantly from the standard estimated time, our sales team will contact you after the order has been placed and keep you informed.

BYOD Portal FAQs

There is no limit to the number of computers, iPad, iPod or third-party purchases that you can make through this portal.

Apple’s standard warranty on iPads is one year and covers manufacturer-related hardware faults only, this warranty is not an insurance policy and does not cover physical damage, loss or theft. AppleCare+ for iPad is available via Mac Centre’s education procurement portal extends Apple’s manufacturer-related hardware warranty coverage to two years covering manufacturer-related hardware problems. AppleCare+ for iPad also gives you direct, one-stop access to Apple’s telephone technical support for questions about using your iPad and additional service options on your iPad, its battery and included accessories. AppleCare+ for iPad includes an insurance policy that covers up to two incidents of accidental damage for a two year period, each incident incurs a $65 service fee. Please Note: AppleCare+ for iPad does not cover theft or loss as per traditional insurance coverage, AppleCare+ for iPad is a limited coverage only that covers accidental damage (up to two incidents only) for a two year period. To deliver a successful program, we work closely with each institution and vendors to select the best devices and pricing. In some cases we are able to deviate from this list. If you would like to discuss an alternative product, please contact the co-ordinator of the BYOD program at your school for approval.

To register for your school’s portal, please visit http://store.maccentre.com.au/byod. To create an account, you will need to enter your school’s unique Registration Code. If you have already registered, you can simply login with the email address and password supplied during the registration process. If you can’t find your school’s registration code, or have forgotten your password, you can reset it, or contact Mac Centre and we will assist you.
