Mac Centre offers an Enterprise-level repair service for business large and small. We can simplify your supply chain by performing all iOS and Mac repairs and replacements. Our high capacity and expertise gives enterprise level confidence and service, with the fastest possible turnaround. (From next day – dependent on required service level and type.)

We are an Apple Premium Service Provider, so you can be reassured that all repairs are conducted in a static-protected and dust-free environment, using Apple guaranteed genuine parts by highly trained Apple certified technicians. We provide in and out-of-warranty repairs for all Macs, devices and can exchange Apple accessories. Mac Centre are fully accountable to Apple, who measure the quality of the services we provide. 

We offer a valet pick-up and delivery service, dedicated account managers, on-account billing, and priority service to help get your devices back to you with minimal disruption.

Streamlined Procedures

We have a job ticketing system that ensures fast track service for our education and business clients that have a Mac Centre service agreement. If you suspect a hardware fault (whether ‘In’ or ‘Out’ of warranty), simply create a support ticket and our team will quickly work with you to resolve the issue with a back-to -base repair. This service includes call logging and full reporting, so you can analyse and optimise your technology performance and procedures.

Turnaround Times

Depending on availability of service parts, we aim to turn a repair around in 3 to 5 working days from delivery of the faulty Mac to our workshop. Apple usually supply replacement parts on a next day basis. Additionally, if you’re a service level agreement customer, you will receive priority ‘fast-track’ service to ensure any computer downtime is minimised.

You don’t have to make an appointment

If you prefer, just drop in during business hours and we will run diagnostics while you wait. We will order parts, and call you when the repair is complete. We have free coffee and water facilities for you to enjoy during your visit.

Free Repair Valet Service

At Mac Centre we want to help minimise downtime and make it easy for you to have your iPhone, iPad, or Mac working and back in your hands as quickly as possible. For business and education customers within 25km of Sydney CBD, we offer FREE next business day collection and delivery service by courier.

Have an Important Deadline?

When you repair your computer using Mac Centre  you can now hire a replacement Mac to cover the repair turn-around time. For a small fee, you can still continue to work while your computer is being repaired. All rentals are subject terms and conditions, and the hired computer or device must be returned before receiving your repaired item from our workshop.

If you’re experiencing difficulty with your Macs at school or in your office, we can send one of our experienced on-site engineers to help you out with setting up, or troubleshooting, your computers and network. Mac Centre is part of the Apple Consultants Network, so you know our Professional Service engineers are experts in their field.
